While we cannot accept returns of food items, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

​Refunds are only processed if:

  1. Product Damage: The product was received in a damaged condition (broken jars, tampered packaging).
  2. Quality Issues: The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
  3. Non-Delivery: The order was not delivered due to an error on our part or our courier partner’s part.

2. Refund Process

​To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. ​Include your Order Number and Clear Photos/Videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. ​Once our quality team approves your request, the refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Timeline

  1. ​Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5-7 business days.
  2. ​Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was cancelled due to our error.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

​If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Cancellations

​Refunds for cancelled orders are only applicable if the cancellation is made within 10 Minutes of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched.
