Return Policy

At The Aprico, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted treats. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns.

​1. Perishable Goods (No Returns)

​Since most of our products (Apricot Sweets, Truffles, and Ice Creams) are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers as food items cannot be restocked or resold.

​2. Non-Perishable/Gifting Merchandise

​If you have purchased non-food merchandise (such as empty luxury gift boxes or brand accessories), you may return them within 3 days of delivery, provided:

1. ​The item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. ​You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

​3. Incorrect Items

​In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please do not open the seal. Contact us immediately so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
