- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking
- Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Perishable Goods: Items like Ice Creams and certain desserts are only available for local delivery/pickup to maintain quality.
- Delivery Timelines: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes; however, delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions are beyond our control.
- Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
5. Cancellations and Returns
- Food Category: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 hours with photographic evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

- All content, including the brand name "The Aprico," logos, product images, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of The Aprico and cannot be used without written permission.

- The Aprico shall not be liable for any health issues arising from consumption if the product has been stored incorrectly by the customer (e.g., not refrigerating ice cream or fresh truffles).
